What are your lead-times?

Answer: Our standard lead-times range from 3 – 5 days from date of order for some roll label products to 10 – 13 days for more complex etched products. We understand that our customers need flexibility to meet unexpected demands, so we’ve become very proficient at meeting all customer in-house delivery needs.

What are art/prep charges?

Answer: Art/Prep charges cover the costs of creating artwork and outputting film in our prepress department. A proof of the artwork is sent to the customer for approval. It shows exactly how we will print the item. The film contains the image needed to begin the printing process.

After an order is placed, when can I expect a proof?

Answer: You can expect a proof within one or two days from date of order but same day response is always possible.

Do I own the tooling required to make my parts?

Answer: Tooling charges are one-time charges to cover the costs of design and engineering. It is common practice in this and other industries that the supplier retains physical ownership of the tooling but holds it for the exclusive use of the original customer. We will maintain and/or replace the tooling as long as the part remains active within a 3-year period.
